Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Outreach Specialist who can proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through structured outreach strategies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cold outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline building for service-based companies and understands how to convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
 
 
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
  • Design and execute lead generation and outreach strategies using email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and other digital platforms.
  • Research, identify, and qualify prospects that align with our Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
  • Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns to drive interest, engagement, and responses from potential clients.
  • Perform cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain, organize, and regularly update a structured lead database/CRM to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach performance.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Consistently maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality, sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Track outreach metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or outbound outreach roles.
  • Prior experience working with service-based companies (IT services, software services, digital agencies, consulting, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cold email tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written communication and personalization skills for outbound messaging.
  • Strong research and lead qualification abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
